Shirasu Bowl at Tobiccho – Seafood Restaurant

Tobiccho is very famous restaurant where is always a long line. You should try Shirasu there. On a specific season (spring to summer), you can eat Nama (raw) shirasu which might be a bit weird for some people to eat if they haven’t eaten raw fish that much.
They also have different kinds of bowls, like other fishes, Tempura, etc.

Pancake at bill’s – Aussie Restaurant

The famous restaurant from Australia called Bills is located in Shichirigahama, I love their ricotta cheese pancake! 🥞🍌 You can have a great ocean view from this place. Also you can see a great sunset with Mt. Fuji if you are lucky 😉
Always there is a line, so get there a bit earlier than lunch time or dinner time.
Hawaiian at Pacific Drive-in – Hawaiian Restaurant

It is packed from early morning since it’s loved by locals and surfers. You can have an acai bowl, spam and egg plate, pancake, hotdog for breakfast. And for lunch, loco moco, Hawaiian plate like mochi chicken, garlic shrimp, and so on. and pancakes, acai, etc.
The inside of restaurant is very relaxing, also there are some seats outside which is perfect on sunny day! ☼

Shirasu Pizza at Amalfi Della Sera – Casual Italian Restaurant
Amalfi Della Sera is located on the hill, where you walk up stairs. The view from balcony at the restaurant is wonderful!
Their Shirasu Pizza worths a try!! Especially you hesitate to try raw-Shirasu.
I’d recommend this place if the weather is nice eating at terrace!
Ristorante Amalfi – Italian Restaurant for Special Occasion
This is a perfect place for special occasion! I’ve wanted to go this place for long time, and my first visiting was when my husband took me here for dinner after proposal!!!! You can have a beautiful ocean view at day time, and then great sunset.
The atmosphere is also very nice, but their foods are amazing!
I highly recommend you to make an appointment!

Sangosho – Curry Restaurant by the Sea

It is a curry restaurant where a lot of people wait for long time to get seated!
Their cutlet curry is super good! Their curry is a bit spicy for me (since i cannot eat spicy food that much), but it tastes so good 😉 I also like their seafood salad. It is a good to share with the accompany!

There are dishes using seafood there. I watched a TV program and the local people who live in Hase area recommend this restaurant for the freshness of seafood.
We ordered,

I recommend going there as soon as it opens, since it’s very popular!

Restaurant in Yuigahama
Matsubara an – Soba Noodle

Matsubara-an is a Japanese restaurant where you can have a great soba noodle. It’s a couple of minutes away by walking from Yuigahama station on the Enoden Line, located in a quiet residential area. They have seats inside and also terrace.
I ordered
- Hot soba noodle
- Arare age
The Tempura called “Arare age” is one of their specialities. It’s a small piece of Tempura.
Restaurant nearby Kamakura st.
Miyoshi – Udon Noodle Restaurant

If you are around Kamakura station, and looking for something to eat for your lunch, this is the place you should try! Unless you have an allergy for wheat.
You can sit down at counter table, see they are actually making Udon noodle, fry tempura, and etc at store. I love their tempura that they use Kamakura Yasai (vegetables from Kamakura).
