Convenience store – MUST TRY FOOD at Lawson, Familymart, Seven-eleven

Convenience stores in Japan are very different from other countries, especially western countries. We have many of 24/7 convenience stores which have a lot of great food! I would like to introduce you of food i recommend you to try at each convenience store – Lawson, Family mart. and Seven eleven.

My favorite flavor is blueberry and strawberry, but a plane is also good too 😉

My favorite items are Daikon (Japanese radish), Shirataki, Rolled cabbage, Sausage, and Tamago (egg).

You need to order in Japanese which is not easy, but I would like to you to challenge it one day 😉

They might ask you if you need “yakumi” which is miso sauce, yuzu (citrus) pepper, Karashi (Japanense mastard), and so on. I like putting miso sauce on daikon.

 

Gâteau au chocolat

This is good for sharing with others, and also for treating yourself. Very moistured and rich taste 🍫

Family mart

Fami – chiki (ファミチキ)

This is shortage for “FamilyMart chicken”, and fried chicken.

A little bit greacy, but good with rice, or alcohol too.

They have some some flavors like spicy, but i like regular one.

 

Taberu Bokujou milk (たべる ぼくじょう みるく)

This is very close to soft served ice cream, and they have some seasonal flavors like strawberry, grapes, melon, banana, etc once in a while.

Karaage kun

Karaage is Japanese style fried chicken. There are some flavors, too.

Yakitori

Yakitori is chicken stick, and my recommendation is “Tori momo(とり もも)” which is chicken thigh. They have salt-flavored, and source (soy source based, but a little bit sweet).

Salt-flavored one is good to try for the first time, but i would recommend you to try one with source 😉

This cake is very soft and delicious!!!! Only on 22th, you get it with strawberry with same price!
