Fujinomiya Yakisoba Noodle
I would recommend you to try this if you like noodle!
It needs to be used a certain noodle which is made somewhere in 4 noodle factories in Fujinomiya city.
They put Dashiko which is sardine powder on it, and it adds more flavor and umami on yakisoba!
Hamamatsu Gyoza
Gyoza is popular food that are eaten by many people in many areas, Japan. Hamamatsu Gyoza is one of 3 biggest gyozas in Japan.
There are cabbage, onion, and ground pork inside, and they put gyoza roundly, put bean sprouts in the hole of gyoza.
Mishima Croquette
They use Mishima May queen Potato which is sweeter than other potatoes. It’s crispy outside, and creamy inside.
You should try if you like potatoes!! 🥔
Shizuoka Oden
Oden is one of Japanese cuisine that are simmered well with broth from bonito, kombu, etc.
You can eat Oden anywhere in Japan, although there are some areas that have their own feature for oden.
In Shizuoka, they make it with beef broth, and a soup is black. And they put a powder of Sardine.
Sakuraebi
Sakuraebi is a small shrimp, that you can eat good ones in Shizuoka and Kanagawa. There are many ways to eat, such as Sashimi (raw), steamed, cooked with rice, tempura, and etc. It might be a bit strange to eat it as raw since it feels sticking your throat even though it is soft shell.
I would recommend you to try it as cooked, maybe Kakiage Tempura (mixed with veggies).
Atami Pudding

Atami pudding is sold in Atami area, Shizuoka where is famous for Onsen (Hot springs).
It is made by simple ingredients, and with taking much time for steaming to make it smooth texture.
They also have seasonal flavors like matcha, kabocha(pumpkin), peach, mango, strawberry, etc.

Shizuoka is known for green tea. They produce the most amount of green tea in Japan and there are many kinds of green tea,
In Japan, usually we don’t put sugar on it, and we enjoy its bitterness. It matches well with meals.
